Removing the grounds

1. Slide the porta

fi

 lter into the porta

fi

 lter support

Se   ng the dispensing quan  ty

1. Remove the lid from the dispensing chamber

 from above.

2. Fix the dispensing insert

 in place by holding it to the mast (under the 

adjus  ng wheel) with one hand (see 

Fig. M

).

3. Turn the adjus  ng wheel for the dispensing quan  ty:

•  counterclockwise to increase the dispensing quan  ty.
•  clockwise to reduce the dispensing quan  ty.

The dispensing quan  ty increases or reduces by approx. 0.1–0.2 g 
per complete revolu  on of the adjus  ng wheel.

4. Let go of the dispensing insert and check that the dispensing quan  ty is 

set correctly by dispensing 2–3 shots into a porta

fi

 lter 

(see “Removing the grounds” sec  on).

5. Repeat steps 2–4 as necessary un  l you have set the dispensing quan  ty 

required.

6. Place the lid back onto the dispensing chamber.
