Using your Raclette/Grill/Fondue for the first time
Before using the Raclette stone for the first time, wash the stone and
raclette pans in warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly.
Wipe the cooking stone and raclette pans with a very thin coating of
vegetable oil. This will seal the stone and PTFE cooking surfaces and help to
prevent the food sticking, making it easier to clean.
