EZ-USB Development Board

The green LED is connected through a buffer to the AN2131Q
BKPT (breakpoint) pin. This signal goes high whenever the 8051
address matches the value in a pair of EZ-USB registers. It is used
by the Anchor development tools to indicate that the debug monitor
is running.
