Chapter 3 : TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
3-1. FRONT PANEL
FREEZE:
Allows to freeze the displayed image. (See also the LCD menu # 4-3).
ADJUSTMENTS
4/3 - 16/9 - ZOOM:
4/3, 16/9, or Zoom mode selection.
POS / SIZE:
Position or Size mode selection.
H:
Horizontal Image adjustment.
V:
Vertical Image adjustment.
NOTE:
H and V knobs act on the position or size of the image according to the selected
POS/SIZE mode.
RECALL / STORE:
RECALL (a short push on the button): Allows to recall the stored images settings.
STORE (a long push, LED = ON): Allows to store all the image settings.
NOTE:
The HD SCAN
™
has 40 NON-volatile image setting memories.
LCD CONTROL
CONTROL
:
Allows to select items in the LCD menu.
EXIT
MENU:
Allows to exit from the LCD menu

ENTER:
Allows to validate a selected item
.
ON / OFF:
AC power switch (O = OFF, I = ON).
3-2. REAR PANEL
POWER INPUT:
Standard IEC Connector (100-250VAC, 50-60Hz Automatic).
REMOTE CONTROL:
Standard RS-232 interface on DB9 female connector.
COMPUTER INPUT:
Computer input on HD15 female connector (DVI-I connector in option).
RGB Hi-Z / 75

:
RGB input load. Set this button on Hi-Z if you connect a monitor on the MONITOR OUT
connector. If not set it on 75

MONITOR OUTPUT:
Monitor output (loopthrough) on HD15 female connector (DVI-I connector in option).
HD GENLOCK:
IN:
GENLOCK input on a BNC connector. (HDSDI on XTD920-HDDG, or HD analog on
XTD920-HDAG).
OUT:
GENLOCK output (loopthrough) on a BNC connector.
HDTV:
High Definition TV output (analog and SDI).
ANALOG OUT:
Analog HDTV output (R-Y, Y, B-Y) on 3 BNC connectors.
SDI OUT (1 and 2):
Two independent SDI HDTV outputs on BNC connectors.
