NSS-Vote User’s Guide
Roll Call
At any time during the session, you may call for the roll. Select the
Roll Call
button to display the
roll call screen, and select the
Request Roll Call from Voting Stations
button to begin the roll call.
Members are prompted to select a Present button on their panel. The Roll Call screen displays each
member and their attendance status. You can manually mark a member present or absent by
selecting their chair. You can mark all members present or Absent by selecting
Present
or
Absent
from the bottom of the screen.
The roll call result is included in the agenda result along with the time and date of the roll call when
you select
Record Roll Call to Voting Results
.
Additionally, you can choose the
Disable Absent Stations
button after taking a roll call to
deactivate all physical voting stations that were not marked as present. After selecting the
Disable
Absent Stations
option, you will be automatically taken to the Voter Status page to see which
stations are enabled/disabled.

Console Roll Call
If a station is manually marked as present after disabling absent stations, or another
roll call is taken, you must re-select the
Disable Absent Stations
button to reset the
active/inactive stations.
