Voting Operation
Selecting an Agenda
Once a voting body has been selected, the main voting screen appears. At this point, you should
choose an agenda or work in an
Ad Hoc
mode. If you created an agenda using the
i!-VotingManager software, you can select this agenda by selecting
Select Agenda
from the menu
at the top of the screen. If you have not create an agenda, you can create a topic by selecting
Ad Hoc Topic
.
When you select
Select Agenda
, you are presented with a list of agendas you have created with the
i!-VotingManager software and uploaded to the NSS-Vote system. To use an agenda from this list:
1.
Select the agenda.
2.
Select
Load Agenda
.
Once an agenda has been loaded, you are prompted to select a voting topic from the agenda.
If you would like to delete an agenda:
1.
Select the agenda to be deleted.
2.
Select
Delete Agenda
.
