NSS-Vote User’s Guide
Recording the Vote Result
As each vote is taken, the results are automatically saved to the agenda results. The agenda results
can be uploaded from the system using i!-VotingManager software. This software allows you to
export or print the voting result.
If you are not using the i!-VotingManager software, you may view the agenda results in a standard
Internet browser on your PC.
1.
Browse to the NSS-Vote system.
2.
Select the voting body.
3.
Select the agenda name from the list.
This page contains all vote topics and roll calls taken for this agenda.
Manage Results
Once agenda results have been uploaded from the system using i!-VotingManager software, it is a
good idea to delete the results files. When using the i!-VotingManager software, you are prompted
to delete these files as they are uploaded. If you are not using the i!-Voting Manager software, you
need to delete these results files manually.
To delete voting results files, press the
Manage Results
button. To delete an agenda results file:

Select the agenda results name from the list.
