7.3 Troubleshooting: Driver Installation Details
During the installation process, Windows XP may ask numerous times if it should check on the
Internet for drivers. Always select, “No, not this time.”
Ensure that all the cables are properly connected. Turn on the FlexWriter by using the power switch
located on the left side of the unit (picture on page seven). The green LED on the front of the unit
should light up. If the unit does not power on, ensure that the power supply switch located at the rear
of the unit is turned on.
