DAILY INSPECTION
Item Maintenance Contents Solution
1 Check if there are any damages to the
rubber pad on the four arms.
Replace rubber pads.

Check if there is any problem with the
bolts, nuts, and cotter pin of all
spare parts. If loose or damaged
Check and tighten all the loose nuts
and bolts, clean and if needed
replace them with new parts.
3 Check if the pivot chain sheave and
chain are in their position. Add lubrication or adjust again.

Check Switches and wiring for
damages
Replace damaged switches and
wiring.

Check the connection of oil pipeline
for leakage Find the leakage and tighten the
loose nuts and clean oil stains.
6 Check if it is time to add or change
hydraulic oil. Add or change the oil.
7 Check for frayed cables/ cable
connections If need replace the damaged cable
8 Check anchors, nuts, and bolt Tighten them
