Aircraft Modelers Research Incorporated guarantees this kit to be free from defect in both
material and workmanship at the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover any
component parts damaged by use or modification. In no case shall Aircraft Modelers
Research’s liability exceed the original cost of the purchased kit. Further, Aircraft
Modelers Research reserves the right to change or modify this warranty without notice.
Aircraft Modelers Research has no control over the final assembly or materials used for final
assembly, no liability shall be assumed nor accepted for any damage resulting from use by
the user of the user-assembled product. By the act of using the user-assembled product,
the user accepts all resulting liability
Buyers must be prepared to accept all reasonable liability associated with the assembling
and use of this product. All returns of kits, parts or components thereof must necessarily be
approved by the manufacturer of the product before mailing.
