Check that the mains voltage is the same as the machine’s
operating voltage indicated on the nameplate. Only connect the
appliance to a socket with a minimum output of
6 A
with a
230 V
supply and of
12 A
with a
120 V
supply and a regulation
earthing
In the event that the socket and the plug on the appliance
are not compatible, arrange to have the socket replaced by a
qualified electrician
Do not stand the appliance on a worktop close to taps or sinks.
Check that the appliance is working after you have removed it
from the packaging
CLEANING
Remove the mains plug from the socket before cleaning the
machine
Before pulling the mains plug out, make sure that the machine
is switched off
Let the appliance cool down before cleaning
Clean the housing and accessory parts with a damp cloth and
then rub dry with a cloth. We advise against using detergents
Do not place the appliance under a jet of water or either wholly
or partially submerge it in water
IN THE EVENT OF A MALFUNCTION
Do not use the appliance if it has been damaged or is
malfunctioning. Nor should it be used if the cable or plug is
damaged. Take the appliance to the nearest appointed dealer
for inspection and any repairs. Contact the manufacturer and
Customer Service for the replacement of damaged power
cables
If the machine is damaged or malfunctioning, switch it off
immediately and do not attempt to dismantle it. For any repairs,
contact a manufacturer-approved service centre only and ensu-
re that original parts are used. Failure to follow these instructi-
ons may affect the safety of the appliance and invalidate the
warranty
IMPROPER USE OF THE MACHINE
This appliance is intended for domestic use only. Therefore,
it is dangerous to use it in any other way than the purpose for
which is intended
The manufacturer is not liable for any accidents caused
by inadequate earthing or where this does not conform to
current legal requirements
The manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused by
improper, incorrect or inappropriate use
