THE FAULT INDICATOR LIGHTS
The washing machine features a problem detection system which alerts the user to faults and takes
appropriate measures to correct a problem.
While signalling an error washing machine also beeps
(if active).

E01
The washing machine
door is open.
Close the appliance door. If the error persists, turn off the appliance,
disconnect it from the power supply and contact the nearest service
centre immediately.
E02
Low water pressure or
low water level inside the
washing machine.
Open the water valve. The water tap may be shut off. If the problem
persists, the appliance will stop automatically after a while. Discon
-
nect the appliance, turn off the water tap and contact your nearest
service centre.
E03
Pump failure or clogged
filter, or defective pump
electrical connector.
Clean the pump filter. If the problem persists, contact the nearest
service centre. (*)
E04
Too much water in the
washing machine
The washing machine will drain the water. When the water is
drained, turn off the washing machine and disconnect it from the
power supply. Turn off the water tap and contact your nearest
service centre.
Others
Try to restart or contact the SERVICE CENTRE.
