There are detergent
residues on the laundry.
Non-dissolving par-
ticles of washing
powder can stick to
clothes and appear
as white stains.
Run an extra rinse programme or brush the stains away after the gar-
ment has dried.
Gray stains remain on
clothes.
The stain can be
residue of oil,
cream or ointment.
For the next wash, add as much detergent as recommended by the
manufacturer.
There is no spin cycle or it
is run late.
This is not a
malfunction. Active
load imbalance
detection system.
The load imbalance detection system tries to distribute the load evenly.
Spinning will start after the load is distributed evenly. The next time,
evenly arrange the garments in the drum.
