Problem

The washing machine
does not start.
The appliance is
not connected.
Connect the appliance to the power source.
The fuses are
tripped.
Replace fuses.
Power outage.
Check the power.
Start / Pause but

Press the Start/ Pause button
Programme
selector in the Stop
position.
Turn the programme selector to the desired position.
The washing
machine door is not
completely closed.
Close the appliance door.
The washing machine
does not fill with water.
The water tap is
shut off
Open the water valve.
The water supply
hose may be
twisted.
Check the water supply hose and straighten it.
The drain hose is
clogged.
Clean the filter in the water supply hose. (*)
The inlet valve
filter is clogged.
Clean the water inlet filter. (*)
The washing
machine door is not
completely closed.
Close the appliance door.
