The oven does not need to be preheated when using the fan heater function. When
using other functions, the chamber should be heated up to the required temperature
before the food is placed inside (the control light should go out).

Before the cake is taken out of the oven, check if it is ready using a wooden stick (if the
cake is ready the stick should come out dry and clean after being inserted into the cake).

After baking, leave the cake in the heated oven cavity for around 5 minutes.
•
The baking temperature when using the fan heater function is generally around 20-30°C
lower than when using the conventional function (the upper lower heater).
•
The parameters regarding the baking settings in the table are approximate and you can
adjust them freely according to your own taste or experience.
