Please clean the
front bumper
lens
The bumper’s sensors
are dirty. Clean the bumper’s
sensors using a soft cloth.

Please clean
the anti-drop
sensors Problem with the gap
sensors. The sensors are
dirty. Check the gap sensors and
clean them using a soft
cloth.

Please put the
machine in a safe
place
The robot is no longer in
contact with the ground.
Place the robot on a flat
surface and restart a
cleaning cycle.

Please turn on
the power switch The robot is switched off,
it cannot be charged.
Switch the robot on.

Please poke the
surface of the
laser sensor
The laser module is dirty.
Check the laser and clean
it thoroughly. Be sure
to remove any dust that
could prevent it from
working, using a soft cloth.

Please clean the
laser sensor lens
on top
The laser is frozen.
Carefully clean the laser
and place the robot on a
flat surface.

Please click the
start button
again
The button is frozen.
Check the button and click
it again.
12 Dust fan fault Problem with the fan.
Turn off the robot and
then let it cool down. Turn
it back on. If the problem
persists, please contact
the AMIBOT after-sales
service.
