Adjusting the height of the head- and
back-supports
The maximum degree of protection is gained by correctly
the setting height of the head- and back-supports (see
Figure
8).

NOTE
Have the following adjustments made for you by a second
person.
Remember that the adjustment of the eFutureSafe de-
scribed here represents the ideal case.
Always try to find a balance between maximum protection
and maximum comfort when making adjustments.
Adjust the height of the back-support:
Press and hold the latch button on the back-support
(see Figure
9, page 26).
Adjust the back-support up or down to the desired
height.
Adjust the height of the back-support, such that the up-
per edge is positioned in the area of the driver's shoul-
der.
Release the latch button.
