Alarm Condition / Description / Corrective Action
Cell T/C Measurement Mismatch
The redundant temperature measurement does not match the real-time Thermocouple measurement.
Trigger Conditions:
• Faulty
Thermocouple

• Faulty
Thermocouple
circuit.
Corrective Action:
Take appropriate safety precautions, open the Analyzer door, and:
• Check the Thermocouple wiring for proper connections and inspect it for damage (cuts, nicks, burn marks,
etc.).
• Check the
Thermocouple
for proper operation.
• Check the Thermocouple circuit. Replace the Thermocouple if necessary.
Contact AMETEK to verify opera-
tion before removing the Thermocouple.
