ALARM INFORMATION AND CHECKS
ALARMS will stop machine operation. It is not possible to restart the machine without addressing the fault.

(PS2) registers value higher than
set-point on pressure switch for 5
seconds

1) RO1 Membranes are blocked
2) Concentrate valve on RO1 closed
3) Pressure switch set lower than pump
pressure
4) Pressure switch faulty
1) Check valve status
2) Perform chemical clean
3) Adjust the pressure switch until
alarm clears
4) Replace pressure switch on stage
1 pump outlet
RO2 Pump
Over Pressure
Alarm (MDP
only)
Stage 2 Pump pressure switch
(PS3) registers value higher than
set-point on pressure switch for 5
seconds
X11 off
1) RO2 Membranes are blocked
2) Concentrate valve on RO2 closed
3) Pressure switch set lower than pump
pressure
4) Pressure switch faulty
1) Check valve status
2) Perform chemical clean
3) Adjust the pressure switch until
alarm clears
4) Replace pressure switch on stage
