Handling the appliance

Risk of explosion!
Flammable gases and liquids could cause explosions if stored in the
freezer compartment.
− Do not store any explosive substances or spray cans with
flammable propellants in the appliance.
− Do not freeze any carbonated beverages. Expanding water
could burst the containers.
− Only freeze high-proof alcoholic drinks if they are tightly
sealed and stood upright.
− Do not store any glass or metal containers with liquids in the
freezer compartment.
− Do not use defrosting sprays under any circumstances. This
could cause the formation of explosive gases.
WARNING!
Risk of injury/risk to health!
Improper handling of the appliance could lead to injuries. Burns
caused by low temperatures are possible.
− Do not touch the frozen inner walls of the freezer compartment
or frozen food with your hands. Do not place ice cubes or ice
lollies into your mouth that have just been taken out of the
freezer compartment.
