− Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and set the ice cream maker to run for
20–30 minutes.
− Put the mixture into the refrigerator for around 30 minutes.
− Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add a sauce or fruit according to taste.
Cleaning the appliance
To avoid contamination of food, please respect the following instructions
− Clean regularly surfaces that can come in contact with food and accessible drai-
nage systems.

− Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids!
Do not use any harsh or abrasive cleaning agents or objects to clean the
accessories and the base, because these items could damage the surfac-
es. Use a mild cleaning agent, such as washing-up liquid, and a soft cloth.
Please note that the parts are not dishwasher-safe.
− Switch off the power point and pull the mains plug out before cleaning the
appliance.
− Take the motor unit off

− Clean the accessories with warm water and washing-up liquid.
− Wipe the surface of the appliance with a slightly damp, soft cloth.
Storage
If you do not plan to use the appliance for a long period of time, switch off the power
point and unplug, defrost, clean, dry the appliance. Leave the lid open to prevent
mould developping within the appliance. Store the appliance in a dry location.
