Operation
• Connect the device with the power outlet�
• An acoustic signal will indicate the connection�
• Now place suitable cookware (e�g� a pot or pan, etc�) in the middle of the
cooktop 2 � The cookware must not be empty�
• Press the on/off button

and hold it pressed for a short time�
The control light of the on/off button

will light up and the display will
show the word “on” to signal that the device is ready for operation or additional
settings� If you do not apply further settings, the device will automatically switch
off again after a short time� Therefore, immediately press the selector button

to start the heating process or to apply further settings� The approach is
closer described on the next pages�
Note: The device has 2 different operating options which you can use to enter the
settings for the cooktop 2 �
1� Settings via the power levels: Here, you can select different power levels with
which the device is operated� The LED display 7 will show the power level in
“Watt”�
2� Settings via the temperature levels: In this operating mode, you can choose
different temperature levels, the LED display 7 will show the selected
temperature level in “degrees Fahrenheit (°F)”�
Note: An operating time of 2 hours is predefined both when operating the
device via power levels as well as when operating it via temperature levels�

Your device has a selector button “MAX” and a selector button “MIN”�
By pressing the “MAX” selector button you can activate the highest
level (2000 W or 464°F), regardless of whether you are in the power
mode or the temperature mode� By pressing the selector button “MIN”,
you immediately activate the lowest level (200 W 140°F)� If you set the
time via the timer function, it will remain unaffected by the change to
the highest or lowest temperature or power level�
