Place roast fat side down on microwavable and
ovenproof baking dish. Brush with marinade and
desired seasonings such as rosemary, thyme or

10°F.)

about 10°F.)

Place ham on microwavable baking dish. Cover
with waxed paper. Turn ham over halfway
through cooking. Cook until internal temperature
reaches 120°F. Let stand covered 10 minutes.

with plastic wrap; vent. After cooking let stand

baking dish. Add desired seasonings and place
on CONVECTION Rack on turntable. Turn over
halfway through cooking time. After cooking
remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes.
(Temperature may rise about 10°F.) Internal
temperature of pork should reach 170°F before
serving.
