3. To remove the transmission:
a) Remove the agitator (see step 2).
b) Slide the agitator clip and washer up
and off the transmission shaft.

c) Remove the pump and motor (see page
4-11 for the procedure).

f) Pull the transmission away from the
washer and remove transmission.
g) Remove the isolator from the motor
coupler.

d) Squeeze the locking tabs together and
push the wire standoff out of the trans-
mission mounting hole.
e) Remove the three 1/2

bolts from the
transmission.
