Warranty and Maintenance Terms of New Product
10 years warranty for motor, installation fee is extra
2 years warranty for entire machine, permanent
maintenance
Maintenance fee would be collected at discretion
This Warranty only covers maintenance or replacement of defective Products within Warranty Period.
AmaTeck has rights to modify and re-explain following policies.
New Product Warranty
AmaTech promises to replace any defective Products within 7 working days from arrival date,
according to arrival notice provided by freight agent, detailed regulations are shown as follow:
1.1 Package of Returned Products:
Products shall be returned with original package, and shall include all components of Products.
Otherwise, AmaTech could collect “Repackage Fee”, when returned Products are received.
1.2 Dead On Arrival (DOA):
1.2.1 Products shall be only confirmed as DOA, when there are defects on arrival and trouble which is
not caused by abnormal use of Products, damage during freight or unauthorized repair.
1.2.2 AmaTech has full authority to determine whether damage is caused by natural disasters, misuse,
unauthorized modification or repair, or external forces (including but not limited to power interference,
main machine failure, not turning off equipment power during installing, and incorrect wire connection)
at discretion. These cases will be determined as standard Products maintenance service cases, and
should abide by procedure Products maintenance service/RMA.
1.3 Freight Fee:
1.3.1 AmaTech will arrange freight of Products confirmed as DOA by AmaTech, and will pay two-way
freight fee.
1.3.2 If AmaTech does not confirm Products as DOA, this case will be determined as standard Products
maintenance service case, client shall pay the freight fee of sending repaired Products to client.
