We pass in automatic form when it has enough wrapped bales so the bale wrapper back
off by itself. At this moment it doesn’t need an operator.
Passing in automatic form
Turn the switch at automatic
Press the start button i twill activate the photocell
For the automatic form work, the plastic limit switch need to be in
fonction
Remote control fonctions
The remote have differents colors buttons
Red :
stop
Grey :
don’t use or start the wrapping
Green :
steering :turn the wheels on the left
Yellow : steering :turn the wheels on the right
When the operator press the RED button, the wrapping system stop.the
operator need to press the reset on the control box and star. If the operation
is STOP is press during the wrapping, it suggested to put the swith in
manual mode and finish the bale manually after put back in automatic form
and restart the processus automatic- reset- start
