Adjusting the Scarifier

ATTENTION!
The working depth with the roller should be max. 3 mm. The aeration roller with
springs should copy the ground surface when working. Adjusting excessive working
depth without visible wear on the blades / springs can damage the roller or overload
and destroy the motor. It can also damage the lawn.
Adjustment after Wear
Use the Depth Adjustment Control (Fig. 1, Section 8) to determine the working depth.
NOTE:
The blades and springs are subject to wear due to the way they operate. The
more intensively the scarifier is used, the greater the wear on the blades or the
springs. Hard or very dry soil accelerates the wear process as well as excessive use. If
the results of your work with the aerator become worse due to the wear of the
blades, the roller can be adjusted so that the working depth mentioned above is
always adhered to.

Putting the Scarifier Into Operation
Before restarting the machine, make sure that the blades have stopped rotating.
Never turn on or off the machine quickly.
Turning on the machine
1.
Press and hold the security button [1]. Pull
the trigger lever [2] to the handle.

Release the security button.
Turning off the machine
Release the trigger lever [2].
