Connecting the Unit
This section describes how to connect the unit to its power supply, Ethernet
connection and antenna, as shown in the figure below:
Onboard PC
SU-M
12 VDC 2 wire
power cable with a
built-in 250 V, 3 A
fuse. Connect the
black wire to battery
negative, the red
wire to +12 and the
connector to the
SU-M's PWR port.
Straight 10BaseT
Ethernet cable with
standard RJ 45
connectors. Connect
to the ETH port on
the SU-M
NOTE:
Physical location of each component varies depending
on the vehicle.
External Antenna
Power
Source
Antenna cable,
included with the
Antenna installation
kit. Connect the
antenna to the ANT2
connector
