Operation
How to use Chill mode
1. Touch
on the Home screen.
2. Choose desired mode
3. To chill by time, touch the number to the right of

To chill by probe, touch the number to the right of
.
Note:
On QC3-100, Probe 1 = left probe receptacle, Probe 2 = middle probe receptacle,
Probe 3 = right probe receptacle
4. Enter desired chill time or probe temperature on the number pad, or touch

to select factory default.

to enter and return to set-up screen.
6. To adjust the chill temperature, touch the number to the right of

7. Enter desired chill temperature on the number pad, or touch

to select factory default.

to enter and return to set-up screen.
9. To assign a name to the probe (for HACCP data), touch

to enter and return to set-up screen.
Settings can be saved by touching

. Using the keypad, enter a name for your saved settings.

to start the chilling process.
The screen will display the set chill temperature. Touch the icon to display the actual temperature.

at any time to stop the chill cycle.
