2. If you’re using the step-by-step query preference, the following dialog box opens:
3. Select the MaxACD system you want to query, and click
Next
.
4. In the
Set Parameters
screen (shown in the figure below), set the parameters for
the report, including the
Summary interval
,
Time Range
,
Filter By
, and
Output
(
Group by
and
Show empty records
) options.
Note:
To use the calendar buttons, first select the
From
radio button.
