Use the joystick to select the first
character of the place name and press
ENTER

The selected character appears in the text
window.
The navigation system allows you to enter a Point of Interest in one of three ways. This can either
be by place name, place type or phone number.
Entering a Point of Interest by Place Name
Press the
MENU
button to display the
main menu bar. Select
Dest
from the main
menu, then press
ENTER
. The
Find
Destination by
menu appears. Select
Point of Interest
and press
ENTER
.

the list, highlight the correct place name
and press
ENTER

If there are multiple locations to a certain place name, the
system will display the number of locations available. In this
example, MAY GARDEN shows 4 locations listed. To view
the available locations, select MAY GARDEN from the list
and press ENTER. The 4 locations will be listed from which
you may make a selection.
