Turning guide display On/Off
Turning the selected guide off.

AUX Side View Camera Operation
When an AUX Side View Camera is connected and “Side” is selected in
“Camera Select”, the settings below can be performed. For more
information about AUX Side View Camera, please consult your Alpine
dealer.
The video input signal type can be chosen.
Setting item: Camera Signal
Setting contents: NTSC (Initial setting)/PAL
Reverse Mute Setting
You can set whether to mute the playing music when the gear lever is
moved to the reverse (R) position.
Setting item: Mute while Back up
Setting contents: Off / On (Initial Setting)
Initializing the Camera Setup
You can initialize all data of Camera setup to restore the factory setting.
Setting item: Restore Default Setting

After the confirmation message appears, touch
[OK]

The Camera settings starts initialization.

Touching [Cancel] will cancel the setting.
Before Using BLUETOOTH
•
Depending on the BLUETOOTH version, a BLUETOOTH
compatible device may not be able to communicate with this unit.
•
Proper function of this unit with all BLUETOOTH compatible
devices is not guaranteed. For handling of the BLUETOOTH
compatible device, consult your ALPINE dealer or ALPINE website.
•
Depending on the connected BLUETOOTH compatible device(s), the
function may differ. Also refer to the Owner’s Manual of the
connected device(s).
Connecting a BLUETOOTH Device
Before using the hands-free phone/audio function, the following
settings need to be made.

Set “Bluetooth Set” to “On” (see page 31).

Connect a BLUETOOTH device in this unit (see
page 31).

Voice Output Switch key: Switch the voice output for
calls between car speaker and mobile phone.

Setting the AUX Camera Signal Input
On:
The playing music is muted when the gear lever is moved
to the reverse (R) position.
Off:
Continue playing music even though the gear lever is
moved to the reverse (R) position.
