Equalizer Presets
[EQ Presets]
is selected on the Sound setup menu in step 3. Refer to
“Sound Setup Operation” (page 24).
10 typical equalizer settings are preset at the factory for a variety of
musical source material.
Setting item: EQ Presets
Setting contents: Flat (Initial setting)/Pop/Rock/News/Jazz/
Electronic/Hip Hop/Easy Listening/Country/
Classical

Only one type can be selected.
•
When Equalizer Presets is set, the linked Parametric EQ settings are
also changed. We recommend storing Parametric EQ settings in a
Preset in advance.
•
The Equalizer Presets setting can be configured when Defeat is
“Off”.
•
When the parametric EQ, Bass Level or Treble Level are adjusted ,
the Equalizer Presets will be set to “User” automatically.
Adjusting the Balance
Touch [

] to adjust the sound volume of the left
and right speaker.
Setting item: Balance
Setting range: L15 to R15 (Initial setting: 0)
Adjusting the Fader
Touch [

] to adjust the sound volume of the front
and rear speaker.
Setting item: Fader
Setting range: F15 to R15 (Initial setting: 0)
Adjusting the Bass Level
Touch [
] or [
] to emphasize or weaken the bass
frequency.
Setting item: Bass Level
Setting range: -7 to +7 (Initial setting: 0)
Adjusting the Treble Level
Touch [
] or [
] to emphasize or weaken the Treble
frequency.
Setting item: Treble Level
Setting range: -7 to +7 (Initial setting: 0)
Turning Subwoofer ON/OFF
If an optional subwoofer is connected to the unit, make the following
setting.
Setting item: Subwoofer
Setting contents: On / Off (Initial setting)
