Installing the Mounting Bracket Screws
To install the mounting bracket screws in the wireless access point,
perform the following procedure:
1. Place the wireless access point upside down on a table.
2. Install the two screws (provided) fully into the bottom panel of the
access point. Refer to Figure 22.

The screw collar provides the proper spacing for the mounting bracket
beneath the screw head. Refer to Figure 11 on page 45.
3. Do one of the following:

Depending on the installation location, it may be easier to connect
the Ethernet cable and optional AC/DC power adapter to the
wireless access point before installing it on the wall of ceiling. If that
is the case in your installation, continue with the installation by
going to “Connecting an Ethernet Cable to the Ethernet LAN Port”
on page 56.

To install the wireless access point on the wall of ceiling before
attaching the cables, go to “Attaching the Wireless Access Point to
the Wall Mounting Bracket” on page 59.
