Maintenance
Routine maintenance maximizes operating efficiency
and minimizes downtime. The maintenance
procedures described below will prolong the life of the
machine and help prevent accidents.
Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly checklists are
provided at the end of this section. Laminate the
checklist to preserve them for repeated copy.
Operators and technicians are encouraged to add
checks specific to their washer-extractor's particular
application. Where possible, space is provided on the
checklists for this purpose.
On UniLinc Control models, maintenance checklists
are also displayed on the control. Press

The Service Menu provides a user with a time based
service reminder list. The list is broken up into
“DAILY”, “WEEKLY”, “MONTHLY” and
“QUARTERLY”. Press

keypad to return to Cycle Menu.
The following maintenance procedures must be
performed regularly at the required intervals.
Be careful when handling sheet-metal
parts. Sharp edges can cause personal
injury. Wear safety glasses and gloves,
use the proper tools, and provide
adequate lighting.
