Heat Interlock Test

Closed
When the test is first entered, if the door
is closed, start will be active and the con-
trol will show "Ready". If the door is
open, start will be inactive and the con-
trol will show "Close Door". When the
door is closed and start is pressed, the
control will turn on the drive motor, fan
motor, heater outputs, and show the name
of each interlock and it’s status of open
or closed. Each interlock is shown for
two (2) seconds in an endless loop for as
long as the test is running. The test can
be exited by pressing stop or after 5 mi-
nutes have expired. Opening either the
loading door or lint door will also stop
and exit the test.
Fan Motor Test

will show "Ready" if the door is closed
and the test is ready to run. If the door is
open, the display will show "Close Door".
With the door closed, if start is pressed, the
control will display "Running" and send a
command to the I/O board to turn on the
fan motor. The test can be exited by press-
ing stop or after 5 minutes have expired.
Opening either the loading door or lint
door will also stop and exit the test.
Damper Motor Test (steam models)
"Close Door" and "Waiting"
"Close Lint Door" and "Waiting"
"Ready" and "Waiting"
"Running"
When the test is first entered, the display
will show "Ready" if the door is closed
and the test is ready to run. If the door is
open, the display will show "Close Door".
With the door closed, if start is pressed, the
control will display "Running" and send a
command to the I/O board to turn on the
damper motor. The test can be exited by
pressing stop or after 5 minutes have ex-
pired. Opening either the loading door or
lint door will also stop and exit the test.
