Initiate Remote Command

Use this command to trigger a remote programmable controller station
into initiating remote commands stored there.  You can trigger the
initiation of 122 remote commands maximum with one command.  In the
RCQ field, enter the number of remote commands to be initiated.  Provide
a separate pair of RCID and PWD fields for each remote command to be
initiated.  If you send a node field value of 377, the initiate command goes
to all nodes of the link.

If the STS field in the reply header has a value of 00, that indicates a
transaction-completed reply which has message fields for the application
layer.  These message fields consist of an RCID field and a corresponding
STS field for each remote command initiated.  These fields can report
errors associated with the execution of individual remote commands.
