• Select the “Braise” function by pressing the button until the “Braise” function is blinking on the screen.
• Press the
button to select pre-programmed time and temperature for this cooking program. (1h30mins at
275°F for optimal braising performance).
• If you want to program this cooking option differently than Preset options, you can set the desired time by
pressing the button, then the or buttons, choosing from 1h30mins to 3 hours.
• Set the desired temperature by pressing the button, then the or buttons, choosing from 275°F to
320°F.
• Press the button to begin preheating. PREHEAT will be shown on the top right corner of the screen.
• When the selected temperature is reached the appliance will beep two times, the PREHEAT sign will disappear
and the selected time will start counting down.
• Cooking will automatically stop at the end of the cooking time. Keep Warm will automatically turn ON.
