Main power lamp does not come on
Insufficient water inflow.
A power cord is not properly plugged in
Increase water inflow.
Ensure that power cord is plugged
in correctly.
The fuse is blown.
The fuse is not inserted properly
Replace the fuse
Ionized Water Lamp does not turn off
even after turning the tap off.
Abnormality of power circuit board
Immediately pull the plug out of the
power socket and then contact the
selling agent for service.
On pH test with a reagent, acidic water
color gets yellow, but alkaline water
color indicates pH neutrality

result from a chemical reaction

Take a hose away from the diverter
adaptor and make sure that diverter
valve is not clogged.
Check water inflow pressure,
