• Do not use a USB-C adapter or dock.
Connect the DP/HDMI cable directly to
your notebook/desktop.

The monitor

refresh rate
• Ensure that the monitor is connected to the
computer with the DP cable that came with
the monitor.
• Ensure that you have set the refresh rate to
360 Hz via your computer’s control panel or
NVIDIA control panel.
• If your are playing games, ensure that the
setting of your game is set to 360 Hz.
Cannot launch
NVIDIA Reflex
Latency
Analyzer.
The NVIDIA
Reflex Latency
Analyzer is not
responsive, or
is not working
properly.
• Ensure you have connected a mouse (wired
or wireless) directly to the designated USB
port.
• Ensure you have turned On the NVIDIA
Reflex Latency Analyzer from the OSD
menu.
• Ensure you have set the size and location of
the detection area to your preferred setting.
