7.4.0 Disconnecting the CIP-unit
STEP 1
– Disconnecting HE form CIP unit
When disconnecting the hoses from the CIP-unit, inspect them for visible damages.
Avoid damaging the electrical cables, or the inlets and outlets of the unit.
STEP 2
– Rinsing CIP unit
Turn the valves to the following positions and fill the tank (in case of CIP 400L both
tanks) to 1/3 with fresh water. Start the pump for about 3 minutes. Stop the pump.

STEP 3
– Draining CIP unit
When opening valve V11, if there is no hose connected to this valve, make sure that
a collection vessel is placed below to avoid spillage of residual liquid
Turn the valves to position according to below description. After securing tank
drainage, open V06 and drain the unit
