Observe:
• The suction hose is a wearing part, so replace it with a new one
regularly.
6.3 If the suction hose becomes damaged
6.4 If the suction piping or exhaust pipe become blocked
1. Empty the dust canister and clean or replace the filter. See
Emptying the
dust canister
and
Filter maintenance.
2. Locate the blockage by, for example, sucking pieces of paper towel through
the wall inlets. If you find the piece of paper inside the dust canister, the
airway in question is open.
3. Once you have located the blockage, remove the central unit and check
that there is no blockage inside the central unit’s couplings.
4. Connect the coupling on the suction side of the central unit to the
wall inlet of the blocked branch with a suction hose sleeve, or, if
the blockage is inside the main pipe, to the wall inlet nearest to the
blockage.
• Start the central unit from the low-voltage lead with a metal thread (in
the case of C.Axpir Initia) or from the user interface (in the case of
C.Axpir Comfort).
• Go to the central unit’s actual place of installation and shut and open
the wall inlet opening with your palm. This subjects the blockage to
underpressure impacts.
• If the blockage does not open within 10 to 15 seconds, remove the
central unit from the wall inlet to allow the turbine to ventilate and to
prevent it from overheating.
• Repeat the attempt after about a minute.
