Resetting a User’s Password
Once a user has configured their voicemail box, it may become necessary to reset the
password that the user created. (Forgotten, user leaves company, etc)
To do this
Enter an Operator Session as described in this guide
Press the Subscriber soft-key
Dial the user number (destination) using the Numerical keypad
Once you enter a valid number the display will show the existing information
To reset the user password
Press the Pwd reset soft-key
