Accessing the After Hours messages

If there is a message left in the After Hours mailbox then the F2 key LED will flash

To access the mailbox

Press the F2 key

You will then need to dial the After Hours Mailbox password.

The password is hidden as you enter it.

If the password is correct you will then see the voicemail message screen

To see the list of messages use the same method as accessing your own mailbox.
