WHEEL ASSEMBLY

1. Insert hub/spindle (1) into the wheel/tire (2).

Fasten the wheel to hub with five 1/2”-20x60º

lug nuts (3). Two wheel/hub/spindle assemblies

are required.

TRANSPORT WHEEL FRAME ASSEMBLY

1. Insert one wheel/hub/spindle assembly (1) into each side of the transport wheel frame (6). Line up holes in

the frame with holes in spindle and fasten with two 1/2”x4” HHCS (2) and two 1/2” nylocks nuts (3).

2. Attach the transport wheel frame (6) to the Pasture Aerator frame (10) using two 1”x7-1/2” HHCS with

grease fittings (4) and two 1” nylock nuts (5).

3. Install 8” SAE hydraulic cylinder as shown with two 1”x3-3/4” pin (8) and two .148x3” hair pins (9).
