8 Product description and controls
The patient chair ak 5003M is to be used for examinations in the Mammography- area.
The ak 5003M has a castor under every corner of the baseplate. Every castor has its own brake.
There is a knob on both sides of the backrest for adjustment. The backrest is
manually reclinable, down to its horizontal position. The footrest moves with the
backrest. It converts to enlarge the lying area.
The headrest is infinately adjustable. When not used it is detachable.
The armrests move along with the reclination and they are moveable.
Under the seat is a lever on both sides to turn around the seat in 360°. The seat is
infinitely adjustable.
Optional: There are 2 footswitches on the baseplate for height adjustment.
