1. User’s remote control unit enabling “FACTORY” button function
User’s remote control unit has no “PROD (producer)” button. This may bring troubles to
maintenance after TV sets exit the factory. So a substitution “PRO” function is specially designed
in the software. Its operation is as follows:
First press and hold the “VOL-“ button on the remote control unit till the volume decrease to “0”.
Then press “MENU”, enter “PICTURE”, input “6568”. This setp function is the same as buttoning
“PROD” one time.
2. Adjusting options and their setting.
The adjusting options and setting options consist of 13 pages from “MENU 0” to “MENU 12”. All
the adjusting menus will be available. During practical manufacturing, most of the options are
preset in a mother chip. Products of the same batch only need to copy the EEPROM without
adjusting. Only a few need adjusting. The adjusting descriptions are as follows:
