SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT:
The instructions and safety instructions in this operating
manual must be followed to the letter. Failure to follow them or
incorrect operation or abuse may result in danger
- for the operator or third parties
- for the unit and other property of the operator
The unit may only be operated and serviced by persons
- who are trained to do so
- who have read and understood this operating manual
- who are acquainted with the safety regulations governing
their work station
- who have a suitable work station and tools
1. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE OPERATION
Please refer to all the warning symbols and notes in this description and on
the unit before you commission it.
1.1
PEOPLE OTHER THAN THE OPERATOR MUST KEEP A SAFE
DISTANCE FROM THE UNIT WHILST IT IS OPERATING.
1.2
ONLY PEOPLE ACQUAINTED WITH THE UNIT SHOULD BE
ALLOWED TO OPERATE IT.
1.3
DO NOT COMMISSION THE UNIT UNTIL YOU ARE CONVINCED
THAT IT IS PERFECT CONDITION. PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE
CONDITION OF THE WHEELS, THE LEVER DEVICE, THE PLATFORM AND THE
RAISING AND LOWERING CONTROL.
1.4
NEVER USE THE UNIT ON SLOPES.

ENSURE THAT PARTS OF THE BODY BECOME CAUGHT IN THE
LIFTING MECHANISM, UNDER THE PLATFORM OR UNDER THE LOAD. NEVER
TRANSPORT PEOPLE ON THE UNIT.
1.6
THE OPERATOR SHOULD WEAR GLOVES AND SAFETY SHOES
FOR HIS OR HER OWN SAFETY.
1.7
NEVER TRANSPORT UNSTABLE OR LOOSELY STACKED OBJECTS.
1.8
NEVER OVERLOAD THE UNIT.
1.9
NEVER LOAD THE PLATFORM ON ONE SIDE OR MAKE IT TOP-
HEAVY OR PLACE LOADS THAT STICK OUT OVER THE EDGE OF THE
PLATFORM.
1.10
THE CAPACITY OF THE UNIT ASSUMES THAT THE LOAD WILL BE
PERFECTLY BALANCED FOR TRANSPORT WITH THE CENTRE OF GRAVITY IN
THE CENTRE OF THE FORKS AT THE FRONT.
1.11
ENSURE THAT THE LENGTH OF THE PLATFORM IS THE SAME AS
THE LENGTH OF THE PALLET.
1.12
LOWER THE PLATFORM AS FAR AS POSSIBLE WHEN THE UNIT IS
NOT IN USE.
1.13
HIGH VOLTAGE! DISCONNECT BATTERY SOCKET BEFORE
OPENING CONTROL PANEL BOX.
1.14
DO NOT REMOVE BATTERY TERMINAL COVER. SHORT-CIRCUIT
OR ELECTRIC SHOCK COULD OCCUR.
2. CAUTION
2.1
Prolonged continuous working might cause damage of the power pack.
2.2
Stop operation if temperature of hydraulic oil is too high.
The lifter is not water proof and is intended to be used in a dry
environment.
2.3
Do not place the lifter on an inclined surface as it may become not
controllable and cause a risk.
2.4
Do not use Lifter with unstable, unbalanced or loosely stacked load.
3. OPERATING LIFT TABLE
Caution
Brake lift table when not moving it in order to prevent sudden movement.
The brake is equipped with the swivel caster on the right side.
3.1
Brake the wheel press, the brake pedal.
3.2
Releasing the brake, lift up the brake pedal.
4. LIFTING UP / LOWERING PLATFORM
Push the button “UP” and the table lifts up.
5. CHARGING THE BATTERY
5.1
Check the quantity of Battery fluid. If it is insufficient, add the battery
solution according to battery operation manual.
5.2
Disconnect the battery socket.
5.3
Connect the charging port of battery socket to the battery charger.
6. INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
Safety warning
Before inspection and maintenance work is carried out,
appropriate measures should be taken to remove all loads from the electric
high-lift platform truck.

wear and replace defective parts where
necessary
Change oil in the hydraulic system
Authorise inspection by competent
technical expert

The service life of yourhigh-lift pallet
truck is limited. Worn parts must be
renewed in adequate time.
