Airò series plasma generators
do not generate ozone in quantities
considered dangerous for living beings. At distances greater than 5 cm
from the device, an emission of 0.00 ppm is recorded, at 2 cm, 0.011
ppm, at 1 cm 0.038; nevertheless, several times below the permitted limit
of 0.1 ppm per 8 hours of exposure.
In any case it is good practice to keep the appliances at a distance of not
less than 20 cm (a handspan) from mouth and nose.
The appliances must not be used by children under 12 years of
age, although they may be present in the room in which they are
operating.
The installation and operation of these products must be carried
out taking into account all the safety regulations concerning
electrical appliances for domestic use.
even though the appliances operate internally at a very low voltage (12V
Dc,) it is forbidden to open the appliance or carry out any maintenance or
internal cleaning operation before having disconnected the device from the
power supply.
it is forbidden to touch the device if you are barefoot and have wet
or damp body parts, as well as to throw liquids on the device.
it is forbidden to pull, disconnect or twist the electric cables of
the device, even if it is disconnected from the power supply.
it is also forbidden to partially obstruct the air intakes of the
appliance as in this way it could overheat.
The manufacturer is exempt from any liability for damage caused
to people, animals or things arising from errors in installation,
adjustment and maintenance or improper use.
The use of appliances for industrial applications is prohibited.

The appliances are powered at 240V with a transformer supplied.
Some models (Desk, Plus) can also be powered with the special
12V Dc cable (not supplied) for use on vehicles (cars, trucks,
campers, boats, buses, etc.). The appliances (Desk, Plus ) can
be place on a surface or they can be hung (ceiling, lift) with the supplied
bracket (Fig. c) in the most suitable position so that they can spread the
charge of ions in the correct direction to where the presence of people is
greatest in that room.
They should not be placed near heat sources and they should be
kept away from drafty areas such as doors or windows.
