How do these purifiers work?

What kind of maintenance do they require?
none. The internal part stays clean and efficient during operation. Two

There are so many products on the market. Why should
these be better?
Many purifiers available are equipped with HePA or other filters that block
but do not eliminate pathogens, and frequent replacement of filters is
